| My son was trying out a furled leader for the first time. After a few casts, he recognized the castability of this style. On the second day of fishing, things were a bit slow. My rule has always been seeing nothing, switch to an attractor, and give them something to look at. A half hour later, my son caught his biggest trout ever. This hog measured in at 23.5in!! | I knew this would happen. My son and i were out at a local pond he was learning to fly cast and was trying to clear a snarl in his reel.
