I'm completely sold on the leaders. I was very skeptical, thinking, there is no way a leader they can see will do as well as a mono leader. What I've found is: 1) the fish don't seem to mind at all, especially since I can now use even longer tippets and still get good presentation, and 2) the ability to turn over heavier, bigger, or more wind resistant flies is well worth it on their merit. If you need a reference, just point them my way. |
