The Streamside Nano-Dragon

Ultra-Light Tenkara Line Family

Are constructed from Berkley Nano-Fil.
These are the only true floating furled Ultra-Light lines on the market today.
 They never need floatant!
These lines are available in:
Ultra-Light - Light & Standard weights in lengths from 6 feet to 18 feet.
We now have a  Micro Dragon that is available in lengths up to 8 feet and a Shorb loop only on the tippet end.

The tippet end diameters are thousands of an inch followed by their break strength.

Standard .013" 24 lb

Light .010" 18 lb

Ultra-Light .006" 12 lb

Micro Dragon .003" 6 lb

So not only are they incredibly light and delicate they are also extremely strong.

The Streamside Wind Cutter

 is a level floating Tenkara line .034" in diameter. It is designed to cut thru the wind with ease!! The Wind Cutters are available in 4' - 40' lengths and 4 colors:

Hi-Viz Key Lime - Hi-Viz Orange

Hi-Viz White - Hi-Viz Yellow

We custom cut these lines to your specifications and weld a loop on each end. One end will have a 65 lb spectra connection loop for your lillian. While The Wind Cutter�s presentation is very good for the times you really need some finesse you can loop to loop a furled leader on the end. If you need a little more reach use The Wind Cutter as a leader butt and loop your Tenkara line to it. With a couple different lengths you could easily have a line for most situations.

This line is the inspiration for our Multi-Length Cast Pak System.

THE CONCEPT IS SIMPLE:
One Cast Pak contains three lines designed to fit most
situations and cover 5 different casting distances.
Each Cast Pak will include 3 different lines:
     1 Wind Cutter Floating Tenkara line
     1 Mystic Creek Premium or Guide Series line
     1 Kevlar weight forward line*
 Each line can be used independently
Use The Mystic Creek Series lines for normal Tenkara work.
The Wind Cutter line is 2 feet longer than The Mystic Creek Series line
and is the serious choice when it is windy.
The Kevlar weight forward line is 50% longer than
The Mystic Creek Series line and also works well in the wind.
OR....
 Attach The Wind Cutter to the lillian first and use this as your base or "to use some western terminology" leader butt. You then remove the connection loop from one of the other lines and use a loop to loop or handshake connection to The Wind Cutter.
Combine The Wind Cutter with The Mystic Creek Series line for distance and presentation.
Combine The Wind Cutter with The Kevlar weight forward line for maximum distance and a solid punch in the wind.

a small pear shaped tippet ring. Shorb loops or different tippet rings are available upon request.

Uses 100% Mystic Creek Thread in the entire  line.

The Guide Series is a 3 leg line. Each leg can be a different color.

3 leg lines furl tighter and denser than their 2 leg Mystic Creek Premium counter parts. These are the most supple lines on the market today! The Guide Series lines perform better in the wind and have given an absolutely stunning performance with dries!!

Uses 100% Mystic Creek thread in the main body of the line. These are 2 leg lines, each leg can be a different colors with a fade to clear on the tippet end. This line has a very thin monofilament core that gives the line a little more body.

Uses a 50/50 mix of our Mystic Creek thread and our Premium Monofilament thread. Our Bi-Filament lines are a bit stiffer than our Mystic Creek Premium lines and more supple than our Monofilament lines.
Currently available in Chartreuse only.

Made from 100% Kevlar.

Kevlar Tenkara lines are the most sensitive lines made. They have 0% stretch and perform great in windy conditions. Their small diameter helps cut thru the wind.

Mystic Creek Tenkara leaders come standard with a smooth Shorb Loop on the butt end and a 2 mm black alloy ring on the tippet end.

Different size tippet rings are available upon request.
