Do not send any rods or parts back unless I have asked you to. In most cases we can usually identify the problem over the phone or email. If possible send me a picture, and a brief description and your phone number.

In most cases we are able to get your replacement parts in the mail the same day or the next business day.

We will replace the broken sections of the rod for a nominal $13.99 shipping and handling charge.
